Odin is one of the newest members of our fold, and at just one month younger than Elsa, he’s already making quite an impression. What makes Odin extra special is his beautiful white coat. White Highland cattle are incredibly rare, especially bulls, so we’re very lucky to have him as part of Highland Cow Cottage. As he grows, Odin will play an important role in the future of our fold, helping us preserve and grow these wonderful native cattle for generations to come. We’re passionate about protecting traditional British breeds, and Odin is a big part of that journey. He’s a gentle, curious little character who loves keeping an eye on everything happening around him. Whether he’s following the older cows, exploring the field, or enjoying a bit of attention, he’s always keen to be involved. We can’t wait for everyone to watch Odin grow up with us. He’s already a very special little boy, and we know he’s going to have an important place in the future of Highland Cow Cottage.

Belle is one of the most eye-catching members of our fold. With her beautiful white coat, fluffy fringe, and gentle nature, she has a way of making everyone stop in their tracks the moment they see her. She’s naturally curious and loves to know what’s going on around the farm. Whether she’s quietly watching visitors from across the field or wandering over to say hello, Belle has a calm confidence that’s impossible not to love. As one of our rare white Highland cows, she’s incredibly special. White highlands are much less common than the traditional colors, making Belle a real treasure and a favorite with photographers and visitors alike. She may look like a big fluffy teddy bear, but Belle is every bit a Highland cow—hardy, independent, and happiest with her Highland family grazing the fields. If you’re lucky, Belle might wander over for a gentle scratch or pose perfectly for a photograph. She certainly knows how to steal the spotlight!
