Assumption of Risk: Petting Highland cows involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of injury from the cows movements, behavior, and natural environment. By engaging in this activity, you assume all risks associated with petting the cows.
Liability Waiver: We, Highland Cow Cottage Ltd, our employees, and agents are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur as a result of petting the Highland cows. You agree to release and hold harmless Highland Cow Cottage Ltd from any and all claims arising from your participation in this activity.
Safety Instructions: Participants must adhere to all safety instructions provided by our staff. This includes, but is not limited to, maintaining a safe distance from the cows (behind the safety fence), not making sudden movements, and following all guidance given during the activity.
Health Precautions: Individuals with known allergies to animals, pregnant women, and those with compromised immune systems should consult a healthcare professional before participating in this activity. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are medically fit to engage with the animals.
Supervision of Minors: Children under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times while interacting with the Highland cows. The supervising adult is fully responsible for the children’s safety and compliance with all terms and conditions.
Property Damage: Participants are responsible for any damage they cause to property or animals. Any costs incurred as a result of such damage will be billed to the participant.

At Highland Cow Cottage, we take food allergies and intolerances seriously. Despite our best efforts, we cannot guarantee that any of our dishes are completely free from allergens due to the risk of cross-contamination. Our kitchen handles multiple allergens, including but not limited to:
