About Us
Set in the Cambridgeshire countryside Highland Cow Cottage, founded in the autumn of 2023. Our original beautiful pedigree highland heifers Megan & Elizabeth were the start of something incredible, we then rescued our handsome steer Alfie, and then the addiction started. We now have 11 gorgeous highland cow in our fold, with more to come.
We opened to the public in the winter of 2023, offering highland cow experiences and highland cow afternoon tea packages.

Afternoon Tea Experience
Treat yourself to a traditional afternoon tea. A simple classic trio of sandwiches, home made scones and triple chocolate brownies along with a ‘Pretty Tasty’ Highland cow cupcake each. (We can cater for gluten-free & vegan). All Afternoon Teas include a 30min Highland Cow Experience before you enter Highland cow themed igloo!

Highland Cow Experience
A 30 minutes of highland cattle fun, each experience is with one of our experienced & knowledgeable guides. You can book for 2 – 6 people to enjoy brushing, petting, taking photos, and hand feeding (optional) our highland cows. Our cows roam freely in their paddocks therefore all interactions are on the animals’ terms, depending on their behaviour on the day. We encourage you to bring a few treats for the coos, such as white bread, bananas, or carrots. Please note that children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.
